That's definitely not what i mean't when I said something about "the survival of the fittest".
But umm, you know.. if your into that it's called cannibalism and is frowned upon in most societies.
Lions eating lions from other prides is one example. I’m not attacking you.
There is a shark that has two shark babies inside when reproducing. It only gives birth to one baby, as the strongest one eats its brother or sister.
My point is that we, as humans, and as the dominant species have a choice in what we eat. Therefore we do not eat other humans by choice, we choose to eat the other food avaliable to us. This choice may be dictated by social conditioning, however it still remains a choice.
Darwin’s theory is all about “natural selection”; the key word being “natural”. We as humans are the first species on the planet to disrupt this process, and dictate ourselves what lives or dies. With this comes the responsability to improve our world, and live with it in harmony, not destroy and control it.
